Abstract

The study report focused on the impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational
commitment, a study on the University of Agriculture Peshawar. The primary goal of the
study was to determine the impact of employee social responsibility on organization
commitment in the University of Agriculture Peshawar. In this study, all the officials of the
University of Agricultural Peshawar were taken as population. There are 5 faculties and 3
institutes along with administrative employees in University of Agriculture Peshawar. The
university consists of diverse workforce that includes 358 faculty members and 46
administrative staff constitute of both male and female. A sample of 201officials was drawn
from population through proportionate random sampling technique. A questionnaire was
planned and personally appropriated between the subjects of sample. Data was analyzed
through statistical software SPSS by performing spearman correlation and regression tests to
get meaningful relationship. After analyzing the data, it was denoted that no positive
relationship exists between health & safety and work life balance with organization
commitment while Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee
Autonomy significantly affect the organization commitment.
